By accessing or using FlyingPapers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including agency administrators, translators, reviewers, and end clients who interact with the platform through agency-provided access.

FlyingPapers is a document translation management platform designed for professional translation agencies. The Service provides tools for document upload, AI-assisted translation, human review workflows, project management, and client collaboration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that may affect your use of the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Agency administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization, including granting and revoking permissions, and ensuring that all users within their organization comply with these terms.

You retain full ownership of all documents, translations, and content you upload to or create through FlyingPapers. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

The FlyingPapers platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by FlyingPapers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, or to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

You may not use the Service to process documents containing illegal content, to violate any third party’s intellectual property rights, or to transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable law.

We may change our pricing with 30 days’ advance notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

FlyingPapers is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that translations produced through the platform will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyingPapers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will provide you with a reasonable period to export your data before permanent deletion, unless retention is required by law.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
